Proven Finance Leader with Fortune 500, Startup Experience Strengthens C-Suite Team
SUNNYVALE, CA – November 22, 2022 – Kairos Aerospace, the leading methane reduction partner for the oil and gas industry, named Evan Geisert as its first Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Geisert brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate and start-up finance and strategy to Kairos, in a move that strengthens Kairos’ executive team.

As CFO, Geisert is responsible for Kairos Aerospace’s finance, accounting, and treasury functions. He brings a broad skillset to the team, with significant experience spanning various industries, company stages, and functions.

Before joining Kairos, Geisert served as the head of finance for a $1 billion distribution & logistics company, the CFO for a Greentech start-up with a successful $500 million exit, a senior leader for PG&E, where he oversaw several large-scale operational and environmental programs, and a finance manager at Boeing.
Geisert earned his Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
