Proven Business Development Leader & Energy Expert Strengthens Executive Team
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA – November 2, 2020 – Kairos Aerospace, Inc (Kairos), the leading provider of large-scale aerial monitoring of methane emissions, today announced Fernando Lopez is joining the company as the Executive Vice President Business & Commercial Development, based in Houston, Texas.

Lopez brings nearly three decades of experience to the role. His career has primarily encompassed digital technology and oil and gas sectors, most recently at General Electric, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger. These positions led to extensive domestic and international experience and expertise in strategy, sales, business development, operational management, marketing and technology. He has significant experience in executing successful long-term business strategies, commercial models, sales and business development plans, and partnerships.

Lopez earned his Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Universidad ORT Uruguay, along with various certifications and leadership programs at Duke University, MIT Sloan School of Management, University of Texas, and Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education. He is an active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Project Management Institute.
